Currently we are accepting fax orders using the form on the right. Follow these steps to place your order:

1.) Click on the form to the right to enlarge it.
2.) Print the form.
3.) Fill in your order. Be sure to include a phone
     number where you can be reached.
4.) Fax the completed order form to (302) 478-3118.
5.) When you receive a return fax with your final price,
      please sign the bottom and refax it back to us with       your payment terms/confirmation.
6.) If you do not receive a return fax within the hour
      please refax your order or give us a call.

Note: We can not control issues with internet or phone lines. Orders that are faxed in should not be considered as being processed until you receive a return fax from us. This is the confirmation that your order was placed. If you do not receive this fax, your order was not placed. (If for some reason we can not reach your fax machine with the confirmation fax, we will call you at the phone number listed on your order).
